Apex Coatings USA - Warranty Coverage
Apex Coatings warrants its products, when applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and under normal conditions, will be free from defects in material and workmanship as follows.
Yellowing of Top Coat
Covers any yellowing of the top coat caused by exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light.
Adhesion
The coating will not separate or peel from the concrete surface under normal conditions.
Durability
The coating will resist blistering and chipping during normal use and everyday environmental conditions.
Applicable Surfaces
Warranty applies to both horizontal and vertical coated surfaces.
Apex Coatings USA - Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Improper Use – Using the surface for unintended purposes.
- Abuse – Physical abuse, neglect, or misuse of the surface.
- Mechanical Damage – Damage from impacts, abrasions, or similar physical forces.
- Chemical Damage – Damage from corrosive spills, extreme heat, fire, smoke, or harmful substances.
- Structural Movement – Movement or cracking of the underlying concrete slab.
- Hydrostatic Pressure – Damage caused by water pressure coming through the concrete.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim:
- Contact Apex Coatings USA at Info@apexcoatingsusa.com within 30 days of discovering the issue.
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice and any related documents).
Allow an Apex representative to inspect the reported defect on-site.
Limitations on Liability
- Apex Coatings USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, profit loss, or downtime).
- This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action must be filed in Okaloosa County, Florida.
- If any part of this warranty is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid.
