Residential Flooring
Concrete coatings can upgrade the look of your home and give your space a clean, fresh finish. We have completed residential projects for driveways, garage floors, patios, pool decks, interior rooms, and more. Every coating is customized through staining or color finishes to match the style you want.
Stained concrete provides a natural color enhancement with options like acid stains and dye stains. Each stain blends differently, giving every floor a one-of-a-kind appearance.
We also install epoxy and urethane coating systems with Flake or Quartz finishes. These coatings are strong, long-lasting, and resist chemicals and heavy daily use.
Our residential options include:
- Flake System – Ideal for garage floors, workshops, and similar areas.
- Metallic / Solid Color Finish – Great for countertops, bar areas, and indoor living spaces.
- Concrete Overlay – Best for patios, pool decks, driveways, and other exterior surfaces.
Flake System
The Flake System uses multi-colored vinyl flakes mixed with resin to create a strong, slip-resistant floor with a clean, decorative look. The flakes can be fully broadcast or lightly applied for an accent finish. This system works well for garage floors, workshops, patios, and other home areas, as well as schools, healthcare facilities, retail stores, offices, and similar commercial spaces that need a durable, low-maintenance surface.
Metallic Flooring
Metallic flooring combines clear resin with metallic pigments to create a smooth, decorative surface. It’s a durable option for indoor home areas like countertops, bar spaces, and living rooms, giving concrete a modern, custom look with low maintenance.
Concrete Overlay
Concrete overlays are thin decorative layers applied over existing concrete to refresh the surface. They can be textured, colored, or patterned, making them a good choice for patios, pool decks, driveways, and other exterior home areas.
Exposed Aggregate
Exposed aggregate is made by removing the top layer of concrete to reveal the stones and pebbles inside. It creates a strong, slip-resistant surface that works well for driveways, walkways, patios, and other outdoor home areas. Coloring can also be added for a more decorative look.
Vertical Concrete
Vertical concrete is used to build decorative walls and architectural features by applying concrete vertically and shaping it to look like stone, wood, or other textures. It’s a durable option for creating custom accent walls and outdoor features around the home.
